Prof Benhard Sitohang – Institut Teknologi Bandung
Benhard Sitohang is a lecturer in School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). He is also head of Knowledge and Software Engineering research group in Informatics ITB. He completed his PhD at Universite des Sciences et Techniques du Languedoc (USTL), Database Systems/ Informatic, Montpellier in France. He received his bachelor degree from Master on Informatics (Diplome d’etude Approfondie / DEA), Database Systems/Informatic, Universite des Sciences et Techniques du Languedoc (USTL), Montpellier – France.
His interests include Public Query language, Syntax of query and database engine, Distributed Database System (especially in Fragmented Database Systems), and Data Warehouse & Data Mining.
Dr Zeng Wei – ETH Zurich
Zeng Wei completed his PhD at ETH Zurich’s Future Cities Laboratory in Singapore registered at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He received his bachelor degree from the School of Computer Engineering at NTU in May of 2011.
His interests include information visualization, computer vision and human computer interaction (HCI). His PhD research focuses on visual analysis of historical transport data.

Formerly senior engineer in one of the largest e-commerce in Europe, leading a team of engineers in engineering personalisation and recommendation systems serving tens of millions of page views per day and significantly increasing conversion rate.
